This is a charity poker tournament hosted by Living Stones Christian Church on Aug 23, 2009. This is in response to a conference our church attended back in May 2009:http://www.freedom-summit.org/
We are raising money for organizations that fight human trafficking around the world as well as here in the United States. Each player is rallying to raise a minimum amount. Please join us and sponsor a player!!
In becoming aware of this issue, our church has decided to move to action. This is one of many ways we would like to bring awareness and respond in love - because God's love / mercy / sacrifice is the model we follow. Winnings will go to the Christian charity of choice, split among the top four players.
